Here you use Skype to link in real time to a skilled language teacher. There is a fee to be paid for each lesson, but the rates are very reasonable.
Shared Talk is a great site for meeting Russians who wish to learn English and who will help you in learning Russian, using a text, voice and email exchange. This is a wonderful community and I have met some very friendly and helpful people here, learning much about life in Russia as well as getting support in learning Russian.
